In line with the vision of Hon. CM Punjab and Special Assistant to CM/Chairman PBIT to establish a robust investment facilitation regime for both local and international investors, the CEO - PBIT initiated the establishment of business and investment facilitation helpline/online portal “Invest Punjab”. Team PBIT conducted a comprehensive training session for the citizen contact center (CCC) agents of PITB offering guidance and services to the clients of SEZ’s, Industrial Estates and Small Industrial estates.
